On October 25th, Dongfeng Business School organized a video course training on "Efficient Work Reporting Skills", aimed at improving employees' work reporting skills, mastering correct work reporting methods, improving communication between superiors and subordinates, and various meeting reporting effects, thereby improving work quality and efficiency. A total of 68 employees at or above the company's staff level participated in the training.
The training content covers four aspects: establishing upward management awareness, outputting core viewpoints, applying classical logic and expression skills. Through course learning, the importance of establishing a sense of upward management was emphasized, enabling employees to understand the relationship between mutual achievement and leadership. At the same time, the course also teaches how to output core viewpoints, enable leaders to understand the purpose of the report, and how to use three classic logic and two expression techniques to make the report content more persuasive.
The benefits of this course are quite substantial. Employees participating in the training can not only recognize the importance of work reporting, establish a mindset of upward management, but also recognize the principles of brain science, and clarify the thinking habits and misconceptions of both parties in work reporting. In addition, employees are also able to flexibly apply the work reporting skills learned through training based on their actual work situation. During the reporting process, they have a clear mindset, quickly grasp the key points of the report, and make the content of the report clearer and more persuasive.
